PRODUCTS: Lid & End lines
For the manufacture of can lids and ends, the starting material consists of either whole sheets, using a CNC press, or strips previously cut using a circular or scroll type shearing machine.
THE BASIC LINE COMPRISES:
Automatic press.
2nd press operation for rings and lids.
Curling machine.
Lining machine.
Drying oven.
Stacker.
The different machine models cover the manufacture of can ends, rings and lids, from 50 to 320 mm., in round or rectangular format.
The dies we use in our lines are manufactured by VARAS, using the latest technological advances, both in terms of operation as well as in terms of materials used.
