Juan Capella is a company, founded in 1922, which is specialised in the design and construction for full lines of can making machinery. Control systems are provided by PLC or CNC electronic equipments. Each equipment is adapted to the company’s needs, anywhere in the world (80% of production is exported).

INDUSTRIAL CAN LINE:
Cylindrical line from 0.25 to 5 kg / Cylindrical and conical line from 5 to 25 kg / Drum line from 25 to 200 litres / Mix Kraft paper and metal.

SANITARY CAN LINE:
Cylindrical, square or shaped lines / Tinned meat or fish.

SPECIAL DESIGNS:
Conical rectangular cans are used to save material, improve ergonomics, shipment and storage.

SPECIAL MACHINERY:
Machine provided with a 0.001 mm. precision laser equipment to classify metal sheets.
Quality control device to ensure 100% homogeneity in the final product. Furthermore, it supplies and removes the manual control expense.
