Over many years of working on can production, within the can machinery sector, the company has developed numerous projects.
Just by way of example, amongst the ones developed in recent years, the following are worthy of mention:

Development of an automatic line for the manufacture of conical-rectangular, cans, thus achieving considerable savings on material, improved transport of the cans, as well as ergonomic improvements in the handling of the can by the end-user.

Development of a metal sheet sorting machine, a new concept at world-wide level, in that it uses laser techniques to classify and separate sheets, to an accuracy of 0.001 mm.

Development of the installation of a line for the manufacture of sardine cans. This line is innovative in that the whole of the process is controlled from a central point, and the automating of the processes results in a major reduction of the production stage, improved material yield and space.

Development of an automatic can-verification machine. This project, which has gained the support of the Ministry of Trade & Industry, has resulted in the elimination of manually controlled stages, and allows for a consistent level of Quality.

Development of a compact line, comprising 5 or more stations, for the manufacture of 5 & 10 litre cans. It is important to point out that all of the machine mechanisms are driven either mechanically by just one motor, or by various electronically-synchronised servo-motors. This development has been doubly advantageous for our customers, in that productivity is increased ( from 2,500 to 5,000 cph), and space is saved.
